DOMESTIC (within continental USA)

We offer FLAT RATE Domestic Shipping on all domestic orders. We ship all domestic orders under 1lb via USPS 1st Class Mail. Orders over 1lb are shipped with a 3-day Priority Mail. We offer FREE domestic shipping on all orders of $75 or more. 

Shipping Times:

USPS 1st Class – 5-10 business days
USPS 3-day Priority – 3-5 business days

INTERNATIONAL 

We offer $15 FLAT RATE Standard Shipping, and $40 PRIORITY Shipping on all international orders excluding Australia. Flat Rate shipping of most orders to Australia is $25.

We suggest Priority Mail option, which is faster, more reliable, traceable, and insured. We make First Class Mail International available so our customers have a low cost option. Yes, United States International Shipping is expensive and sometimes slow. Unfortunately, we don’t control the International shipping policies between countries postal services. We hope you still try out our gear. It is the best.

TRACKING NUMBERS

All Tracking Numbers are traceable for Domestic Orders. 

For International 1st Class Flat Rate orders, Tracking Numbers do not provide full tracking. As soon as the package leaves USPS network and arrives to your country’s customs the provided tracking is no longer updated. 

POLICY, TERMS and LOST PACKAGES

Please allow up to 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process and ship your order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your customs number. In total, delivery time including both processing and shipping via Standard shipping is approximately 4 weeks. 

It is impractical for us to know all countries import laws customs practices, and taxes. While we do our best to keep you informed with shipping delays, it is up to our customers to know their countries import practices before purchasing. A small handful of countries charge a small tax on imported goods, and you may find you owe a small fee at your local post office before they will give you your package.

If your package doesn’t arrive within 60 days, we will refund your order completely including the shipping costs.
