Do you ship International?

YES, as long as your payment and address are accepted, we will ship internationally. More information for international shipping is here.

How long does shipping usually take?

What is your Return Policy?

We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our products and hassle free returns up to 40 days after purchase. Returns are accepted on unwashed and unworn items only. You may receive a refund or exchange. Return shipping is FREE for domestic orders. Return shipping is NOT free for international orders. There may be a $5.00 re-stocking fee if return is unwarranted. Exchanges may be made, but please contact us about returns before shipping an item back. 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Email Us about your planned return.
  2. Once your return has been accepted, print the label we provide you and securely tape it to the outside of your return package (It helps if you include a copy of your original invoice in the return package).
  3. Bring your return package to a nearby USPS location and drop it off with a postal worker.

International customers must also email us about their return first. International customers will need to package and ship the returned items back to us at their own expense. 

RETURN PROCESSING

Once we receive your package, allow 5 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your return and refund or exchange have been processed. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days to post the funds to your account. 

If for any reason you have questions, feel free to email us and we will make the process as straightforward as possible. 

I am a B-boy / B-girl – do you do sponsorships?

Yes – we do sponsorships, but only for a select few, we love hometown heroes too. If you think you have what it takes, email us, and tell us why we should sponsor you.  Make sure you include some links to YouTube videos of yourself in battle. Every submission will at least get an awesome coupon to our store.

How secure is shopping through the online store?

All orders are run through Paypal and Shopify Payments which have the highest rated security ranking commercially available.  In addition, your email address and shipping information are private and used solely by Generation BBOY for billing and shipping purposes only. When you check out, you can opt-in for our biweekly newsletter.

Do I have to have a Paypal account to purchase from your online store?

No – you are not required to have a Paypal account to purchase from the store. If you already have an existing account you may use it to purchase goods.

Do you offer Internships?

Yes – We want interns who are street- and book-smart, well-versed with bboy culture. If you think you’re fit, contact us saying why you want to be a part of our team and why you’re the perfect intern for us (Hint: we are looking for writers/bloggers, photographers, designers). As an intern, you may be expected to:

  • Contribute as little as 1 working hour per week
  • Assist us with vending at jams and photo shoots (when possible)
  • Write for our newsletter and blog
  • Create artwork/assist with layout and website upkeep
  • Promote our company along with other marketing duties
  • Wear Free Generation BBOY gear!

In return, we provide you with a real-life understanding of how a clothing company works, and you get to work with and meet some of the coolest, most creative people locally and internationally. Take note of the Bboys and crews we have sponsored and already worked with. Of course, there are more perks as well. If you are interested in a paid position, those are also available!
